Attorney Christopher Piekarski of Phoenix; serial scofflaw

The state of Arizona provided Christopher J. Piekarski with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from California Western University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with mandatory continue legal education requirements
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• In face of license suspension, made numerous court appearances, filed numerous pleadings, continued to engage new clients, provided legal services to existing clients and failed to inform clients his license was suspended
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Chris!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Chris practices with Piekarski & Brelsford PC at 2633 East Indian School Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
