Attorney Thomas Piccioli of Tucson; convicted felon

The state of Arizona provided Thomas C. Piccioli with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matterTommy was involved in an illegal investment scheme, both as an investor and as an employee of one of the conspirators behind the scheme. At some point during his involvement, Mr. Piccioli became aware of significant legal problems with the investment scheme. Nevertheless, he continued to work on the project and, ultimately, prepared a fraudulent invoice and faxed that invoice to an undercover FBI agent,

Subsequently, Tommy pled guilty in federal court to the crimes of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and wire fraud. The Federal District Court in New York City sentenced Tomy to 15 months in federal prison.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 30-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Tommy practices at 300 North Main Street in Tucson, Arizona.
