Attorney Gregory Filosa of New York City; lying loser

The state of New York presented Gregory N. Filosa with a law license in 2008. Greg also received a license in New Jersey in 2006 and Pennsylvania in 2005.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly offered evidence he knew to be false
• Unlawfully obstructed party’s access to evidence
• Falsified evidence and/or counseled or assisted a witness to testify falsely
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact or law
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Greg practices with the Filosa Law Firm PLLC at 111 John Street in New York, New York.
