Attorney David Young of Alstead, NH; ethical dwarf

The state of New Hampshire presented David Andrew Young with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to advise client his funds not deposited in client trust account 
• Failed to provide client with required written fee agreement
• Failed to deposit client funds in client trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Mark by gifting him with complimentary reprimand.
