Attorney Kevin Moyer of Indianapolis; lying loser

The state of Indiana provided Kevin Lee Moyer with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to explain matter to allow client to make informed decisions re: representation
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to file papers for arbitration as instructed by law firm
• Lied to law firm that case was settled when it was not

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Kevin practices with Moyer & Irk PC at 230 East Ohio Street in Indianapolis, Indiana.
