Attorney Jeffrey Boggess of Greencastle, IN; ethical elf

The state of Indiana provided Jeffrey Allan Boggess with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to expedite litigation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to reply to opposing party interrogatories

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Jeff practices with Jeffrey A. Boggess PC at 15 North Indiana Street in Greencastle, Indiana.
