Attorney Mark Geheb of Vincennes, IN; thieving loser

The state of Indiana provided Mark David Geheb with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

For approximately two years, Mark worked for a South Bend law firm as an associate and found it acceptable to falsify timesheets reflecting the amount of billable hours he had worked.

As a consequence of Mark’s fraud, the firm’s clients were unwittingly overbilled. Moreover, Mark’s compensation was based on the falsified timesheets.

Because Attorney Misfits in Indiana are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Mark was never criminally charged for fraud and/or grand theft.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Mark practices in the Vincennes, Indiana area.
