Attorney Heidi Kendall-Sage of Madison, IN; ethical leprechaun

The state of Indiana provided Heidi Annette Kendal-Sage with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Heidi guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to abide by client decisions re: objectives of representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Heidi by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Heidi practices with Alcorn Goering & Sage at One West Sixth in Madison, Indiana.
