Attorney Rafael Ramirez of Indianapolis; ethical leprechaun

The state of Indiana provided Rafael Ramirez with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Rafael guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Improperly offered to forgive client’s $8,000 legal bill if the client agreed to not file an ethics complaint with the Disciplinary Commission

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Rafael by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Rafael practices with the Ramirez Law Office PC at 6002 West 62^nd Street in Indianapolis, Indiana.
