Attorney Roseann Ivanovich of Merrillville, IN; ethical elf

The state of Indiana provided Roseann Patricia Ivanovich with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Valparaiso University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Rosie guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Failed to establish required trust account
• Failed to maintain dedicated ledger of balances and transactions
• Failed to provide proper accounting of clients’ funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Wrote checks on insufficient fund account (rubber)
• Wrote checks to cash w/o designating purpose for withdrawal

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Rosie by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Rosie practices at 9111 Broadway in Merrillville, Indiana.
