Attorney Jerry Drook of Marion, IN; congenital liar

The state of Indiana provided Jerry Thomas Drook with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Jerry guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Misconduct had potential for significant injury
• Engaged in multiple misrepresentations (lies) to third parties or their attorneys
• Repeatedly made misrepresentations (lied) to various trial courts
• Failed to take any actions to correct his misconduct until after his conduct had been disclosed to ethics investigators
• Signed names of others without their knowledge and consent to pleading and other legal documents as a notary and witness

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Jerry by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Jerry practices in Marion, Indiana.
