Attorney David Farnham of Blue Ridge, GA; slacker

The state of Georgia provided David J. Farnham with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Georgia State University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to attend to court-scheduled status conferences
• Violated duty owed to client
• Caused injury to be suffered by his client
• Failed to formerly withdraw representation when required to so act
• Failed to respond to opposing counsel’s discovery requests
• Client’s case dismissed for failure to raise genuine issue as to damages or causation
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dave’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously received one complimentary admonition and two complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (March 2017), Dave practices with The Farnham Law Firm at 282 West Main Street in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
