Justice Peter Openshaw of London, UK; arrogant loser

The Law Society presented Peter Lawford Openshaw with a law license in 1970 after she graduated from St. Catherine’s College Law School.

In one matter, Arrogant Peter ruled that it was proper to sentence a juror named Theodora Dallas to six months in prison for carrying out an Internet research at her home in regards to a defendant in a criminal trial in which she was sitting.

In an effort to cement his status as an Arrogant Droll, Peter denied Mr. Dallas the opportunity to appeal her asinine ruling to the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom.

In contempt matters, it is unprecedented that a juror would be imprisoned for six months for performing research on a criminal matter during a trial. Normally, such conduct would lead to a reprimand and removal from the jury. At worst, the juror could face 2-3 days in jail.

Unfortunately, it is clear that Peter is more concerned about letting it be known he’s the boss then he is in dispensing justice. In fact, Peter is guilty of “dispensing with justice” in this matter.

It should be noted that several years ago (ca. 2007), Peter the Dufus stated in open court in East London:

• “The trouble is I don’t understand the language.”
• “I don’t really understand what a web site is.”

Clearly, anyone with an I.Q. higher than 80 has no trouble understanding what a web site it. This is further proof that Peter is a Certified Dumbo that has no business sitting in judgment of anyone and that would include being a judge at the annual Crufts Dog Show held in Birmingham, England.

As we speak (ca. July 2015, Justice Openshaw continues to sit as a Justice on the High Court, Queen’s Bench Division in London, England.
