Justice Heather Hallett of London, UK; arrogant loser

The Law Society presented Heath Carol Hallett with a law license in 1972 after she graduated from St. Hugh’s College, Oxford Law School.

In one matter, Arrogant Heather ruled that it was proper to sentence a juror named Theodora Dallas to six months in prison for carrying out an Internet research at her home in regards to a defendant in a criminal trial in which she was sitting.

In an effort to cement her status as an Arrogant Buffoon (my apologies to Buffoons), Heather denied Mr. Dallas the opportunity to appeal her asinine ruling to the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom.

In contempt matters, it is unprecedented that a juror would be imprisoned for six months for performing research on a criminal matter during a trial. Normally, such conduct would lead to a reprimand and removal from the jury. At worst, the juror could face 2-3 days in jail.

It is patently clear that Heather has more sympathy for convicted pedophiles and wife beaters then she does for a juror.

As we speak (ca. July 2015, Justice Hallett continues to sit on the High Court of Appeal.
