Attorney Bruce Elworthy of Sheridan, WY; ethical dwarf

The state of Wyoming presented Bruce R. Elworthy with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the McGeorge Law School in Sacramento, California.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Knowingly failed to comply with mandatory discovery obligations

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2014), Bruce practices with Elworthy & Marshall Pc at 1001 Pioneer Road in Sheridan, Wyoming.
