Attorney Clay Jenkins of Sheridan, WY; Dumbo

The state of Wyoming presented Clay B. Jenkins with a law license in 1984 after he from the University of Wyoming Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Clay guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform his duties in timely manner in probate matter
• Failed to act with competence (Dumbo)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Clay by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2014), Clay practices with the Jenkins Law Office at 45 East Loucks Street in Sheridan, Wyoming.
