Solicitor Sean McGlynn of Letterkenny, Ireland; ethical dwarf

The Irish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Sean guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with two undertakings on behalf of clients
• Failed to timely cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Sean!)
• Failed to attend mandatory meetings of the Complaints and Client Relations Committee on at least two occasions

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure and fine of 5,000 Euros ($5,490 US Dollars).
