Sadly, Judge Teresa Car Deni has been sitting as a judge
 on the Philadelphia Municipal Court since 1995. Prior to that it would appear that she’s had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough due to the fact that no self-respecting law firm in Philly was about to offer her a job.
In 2007, Dominique Gindraw and four other men were charged with sexual assault (rape) involving a 20 year-old prostitute. Unfortunately, the case was assigned to Judge Teresa Carr Deni.
The victim claimed that she agreed to have protected sex with Gindraw for $150 after contracting him through Craigslist.
When the criminal case came before Judge Deni she promptly and unambiguously proved she was a certified moron and ethical gimp when she dismissed the rape charges and charged Gindraw and his three co-defendants with “armed robbery and theft of services.”
Judge Teresa Carr Deni justified her dismissal of rape charges by stating: “She consented and she didn’t get paid … I thought it was robbery.” And that a case like this “minimizes true rape cases and demeans women who are really raped.”
This moron (that’d be Judge Deni) made this obscene comment even though Mr. Gindraw forced the woman to have sex with him and his three friends at “gunpoint.” How in the hell doesn’t this qualify as rape Teresa (Ms. Wizard?).
In a highly unusual rebuke of Judge Teresa Carr Deni, the Philadelphia Bar Association’s then-Chancellor commented as follows:
How in the hell did a certified buffoon (my sincerest apologies to buffoons) like Judge Teresa Carr Deni ever become a judge in Philadelphia?
And finally, it should be noted that Judge Teresa Carr Deni is an embarrassment to all well-intentioned Judicial Misfits running amok in Philly and elsewhere.
