The state of West Virginia presented Daniel R. Grindo with a law license in 2002.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to coply with appellate rules for timely filing of client’s brief
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation of a tribunal
• Failed to expedite litigation
• Intentionally violated duties owed to clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (cal July 2015), Danny practices with the Law Office of Daniel R. Grindo PLLC at 624 Elk Street in Gassaway, West Virginia.
