Attorney M. Santa Barbara of Martinsburg, WV; convict

The state of West Virginia presented M. Santa Barbara with a law license in 1982.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Santa guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Pled no contest to one count of brandishing a weapon
  • Pled no contest to one count of carrying a concealed weapon
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 75-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Santa practices at 518 West Stephen Street in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Santa’s self-serving website at www.m-santa-barbara-law.business.site/?utm_source=gmb&utm_medium=referral.com.  makes no mention of his misconduct as aforementioned. Apparently, he decided to conceal this information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

Warning: Santa does not carry legal malpractice insurance
