Attorney Allen Meyers of Troy, MI; convicted pervert

The state of Michigan presented Allen M. Meyers with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Allen guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Allen was convicted of three counts of criminal sexual conduct. He was subsequently sentenced to a three-year term of probation, the conditions of which included home confinement.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Allen by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Allen practices with Powers Chapman at 3001 West Big Beaver Road in Troy, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
