Attorney Christopher Jones of Wellington, NZ; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of New Zealand presented Christopher Verrier Jones with a law license in 1985.

The New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Breached trust account regulations
• Used is trust account for private transactions
• Trust account became overdrawn on at least three occasions
• Failed to maintain records disclosing position of money held in trust

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Chris practices with Chris Jones Legal Services in Wellington, New Zealand.
