Attorney Mary Albert-Fritz of Godfrey, IL; ethical misfit

The state of Illinois presented Mary M. Albert-Fritz with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Washington University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Mary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly provided financial assistance to a client in regards to a custody modification action
• Frivolously defended issues in a legal proceeding
• Sham argument at trial responsible for increase in number of days to conclude jury trial

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Mary by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Mary practices with the Albert-Fritz Law Office in Godfrey, Illinois.
