The state of Illinois presented Samuel Vazanellis with a law license in 2005.

Disciplinary Counsel found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tommy represented clients in at least 16 different matters in Illinois, including 14 criminal cases, after he absolutely knew that his law license had been suspended.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Sammy practices with the Law Offices of Samuel G. Vazanellis at 2546 4^t6th Street in Highland, Indiana.
