Judge Richard Jones of Nebraska – degenerate pervert, misogynist, certified moron  
Beginning in the mid-1980s, Judge Richard M. Jones was a sitting district court judge in Omaha, Nebraska. In July 1998, the enablers/apologists at the Nebraska Judicial Commission finally filed misconduct charges against Jones. The egregious misconduct of Judge Richard Jones is set forth below. Keep in mind the dates of the offenses below and ask yourself how in the hell is it possible that the Nebraska Supreme Court allowed this louse to remain on the bench.
Count 1 – Battery of Judge Jane Prochaska
On Aug. 11, 1994, while Jones was riding in an elevator with Judge Jane Prochaska he did the following:
Count 2 – Behavior toward Judge Mark Ashford
a. In 1991, Jones placed a threatening anonymous note in Judge Ashford’s courthouse mail slot
b. In 1992, Jones set off firecrackers in Judge Ashfords court office
Count 3 – Intemperate remarks (aka, profanity)
(1) References to stuffing dynamite in her tailpipe, and being there to “watch the mist blow 20 feet in the air
(2) Turning Prochaska’s head into “pink mist” (3) Pouring honey on her and letting ants crawl over her
Count 4 – November 30, 1993 Incident

It wasn’t until late 1999 that the enablers/apologists on the Nebraska Supreme Court ordered Judge Jones removed from the bench.
How long do you think you would have kept your job if you engaged in the same perverted conduct that Jones did for many, many years, which included assaulting Judge Prochaska?
This disgusting behavior by the Justices of the Nebraska Supreme Court only further proves that judges are held to a much and I mean much lower standard of conduct than we are.
