Attorney Thomas Cifelli of Scottsdale; convicted drunk

The state of Arizona provided Thomas A. Cifelli with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of two counts of Aggravated Driving Under the Influence
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Bad-faith obstruction of ethics investigation (Up yours, said Tommy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Tommy practices in the Scottsdale, Arizona area.
