Attorney Andrea Mouser of Scottsdale; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona provided Andrea Elizabeth Mouser with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from Creighton University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Andrea guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Ordered to pay opposing counsel’s fees for time spent filing successful motion to disqualify Andrea due to a conflict of interest
• Failed to pay court ordered fees to opposing counsel in timely manner

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Andrea by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Andrea practices with the Mouser Law Firm PLLC at 6424 East Greenway Parkway in Scottsdale, Arizona.
