Former Judge Clark Rehme of Indianapolis; serial pervert
The state of Indiana presented Clark Gavin Rehme with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Houston Law School.
Rehme was unfortunately appointed as a small claims court judge in Lawrence Township in 2011, but was not elected in 2014 and was forced to vacate his seat in December 2014.
In late June 2015, Rehme was caught on camera attempting to solicit sex acts from an inmate her was representing. (Michael Anthony Adams, the Indianapolis Star)
Clark was charged with three counts of sexual misconduct and one count of official misconduct on allegations that he had two female inmates expose themselves and perform sexual acts on him in an interview room at the Shelby County Jail in Shelbyville, Indiana.
The Shelby County Sheriff office embarked on an investigation of Rehme after an inmate told a jail office that she didn’t want to be in a room with him. The inmate said that Rehme told her to show him her breasts and perform sex acts on him while he exposed himself to her.
After one visit with Rehme, the inmate provided a clean shirt to detectives that showed positive findings of a bodily fluid. The shirt was sent out for DNA testing. Looks like a rerun of Monica Lewinski’s blue dress.
All that’s left now is to see how long it takes for Rehme to cop a plea. Since he was caught on tape, what’s the point in fighting the criminal charges?
As we speak (ca. July 2015), Clark practices with Clark G. Rehme Law LLC at 608 East Market Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. |
