Attorney John Cermak of Ambridge, PA; ethical gremlin

The state of Pennsylvania presented John Bruce Cermak with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Duquesne University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Failed to provide client with written terms of fees to be charged
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Johnny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Johnny practices at 2650 Manning Street in Ambridge, Pennsylvania.
