Attorney Kenneth Wise of Mechanicsburg, PA; cheating loser

The state of Pennsylvania presented Kenneth A. Wise with a law license in 1972.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with Social Security Administration (SSA) ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kenny!)
• Failed to file an answer to SSA ethics complaint
• Failed to refund to SSA overpayment of $3,400 fee

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Kenny practices at 2167 Haymarket in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
