Attorney Paul Bartle of Blue Bell, PA; moronic cheater

The state of Pennsylvania presented Paul Baker Bartle with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Allowed client to take commissions as executrix of will before they were earned and before administration of the estate had been completed
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Allowed executrix client to pocket additional fees from sale of home that Paulie knew was never appraised prior to the sale
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Engaged in a conflict of interest regarding estate matters
• Violated terms of client confidentiality
• Failed to abide by client decisions regarding representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Charged or collected a clearly illegal or excessive fee (crook)
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests after representation ceased

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Paulie practices with Flamm Walton PC at 794 Penllyn Blue Bell Pike in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
