Attorney Orest Bezpalko II of Philadelphia; wife beater

The state of Pennsylvania presented Orest Bezpalko II with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Orest guilty of the following misconduct.

• Billed client $1,490 to file application for Lawful Permanent Resident with INS even though he never filed the application (cheater)
• Failed to maintain client ledger sheets
• Failed to deposit client funds in client trust account
• Pled no contest to disorderly conduct arising out of charge of striking and choking his wife
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Orest by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Zenford practices with Bezpalko & Associates PC at 1500 John F Kennedy Blvd in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
