Attorney David Moss of Poulsbo, WA; liar, serial offender

The state of Wisconsin presented David Moss with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in 35 counts of misconduct involving 8 client matters
• Failed to file bankruptcy petition on behalf of clients
• Lied to clients that he worked 10 hours on their bankruptcy case even though he never filed bankruptcy petition on their behalf
• Refused to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Davey!)
• Refused to refund $1,000 fee to clients despite never performing any work on their behalf
• State Bar paid 2 clients $1,000 and $750 respectively re: Davey’s refusal to refund fees for work he never performed on behalf of the two clients
• Failed to file promised lawsuit on behalf of client
• Failed to require clients sign written fee agreement

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Davey’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Davey practices at 15734 Virginia Point Road in Poulsbo, Washington.
