Attorney Jeffrey Hruby of Denver; cheating loser

The state of Colorado provided Jeffrey D. Hruby with a law license in 1996.

The Colorado State Bar found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Used client funds before he had earned them (cheater)
• Failed to clearly explain basis or rate of fee to client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jeff.
