The state of Colorado provided Paul F. Figlia with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Recklessly engaged in intimate physical relationship with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
