Attorney Rufus Wilderson of Gunnison, CO; convict

The state of Colorado provided Rufus O. Wilderson with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Rufus guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to harassment, a class 3 misdemeanor
• Failed to report criminal conviction to State Bar
• Criminal harassment involved Rufus’ wife

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Rufus by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Rufus practices with Law of the Rockies at 525 North Main Street in Gunnison, Colorado.
