Attorney Grant Clay of Winnipeg, CAN; serial offender

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Grant Clay with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba Law School.

The Disciplinary Board of the Law Society of Manitoba found Grant guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to meet deadlines in various criminal matters
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to comply with court orders
• Negligence led to repeated waste of court time and resources

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Grant’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Manitoba Law Disciplinary Board punished Grand by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand (his third).

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Grant practices with the Clay Law Office at 66 St. Anne’s Road in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
