Attorney Mark Rochon of DC; ethical dwarf

The District of Columbia presented Mark J. Rochon with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Stanford University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct seriously interfering with administration of justice
• Repeatedly ignored court imposed deadlines
• Filed motion to withdraw as counsel one week before briefing deadline that had been extended on his behalf

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Mark practices with Miller & Chevalier at 655 15^th Street NW in Washington, DC.
