Attorney Larry Gordon of Arlington, VA; ethical dwarf

The District of Columbia presented Larry Gordon with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to seek post conviction relief as requested by client
• Failed to advise client of his decision to not seek post conviction relief

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
