Attorney Robert Nadeau of Bedford, NH; ethical misfit

The state of New Hampshire presented Robert H.M. Nadeau with a law license in 1976 after she graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly made contact with persons he knew were represented by counsel
• Acted discourteous in dealings with trial judge

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Bobby practices with Nadeau Legal PLLC at 36 South River Road in Bedford, New Hampshire.
