Attorney Kenyon Kellogg Jr. of Bainbridge Island, WA; ethical elf

The state of Washington presented Kenyon P. Kellogg Jr. with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Kenyon guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
  • Failed to clearly advise client of fee to be charged
  • Failed to take steps to protect client’s interests after withdrawing
  • Failed to surrender client property upon being termination

Because of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Kenyon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (October 2016), Kenyon practices at 5609 Crystal Springs Drive NE in Bainbridge Island, Washington.

BEWARE: Kenyon does not carry legal malpractice insurance
