Attorney James Doran of Everson, WA; ethical dwarf

The state of Washington presented James Michael Doran with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Santa Clara University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to withdraw when required to so act
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Represented client when it limited his responsibility to another client

Because of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
