Attorney Gerald Casey of Port Orchard, WA; ethical misfit

The state of Washington presented Gerald Lee Casey with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Gerry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly communicated with represented party
• Failed to obtain opposing counsel’s authorization to communicate with his client

Because of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
