Attorney Bryon Coney of Seattle; ethical gremlin

The state of Washington presented Byron D. Coney with a law license in 1965.

The Washington State Bar found Bryon guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Engaged in pursuing frivolous (sham) claims
  • Failed to abide by client’s decisions regarding representation
  • Engaged in representation that was materially limited due to his own personal interests

Because of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Bryon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (October 2016), Bryon practices at 1047 Belmont Place East in Seattle, Washington.

BEWARE: Bryon does not carry legal malpractice insurance
