Attorney David Brown of Ft. Lauderdale; cheating loser

The state of Florida provided David Marshall Brown with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Georgia Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged fees prohibited by retainer agreement (cheater)
• Improperly applied a cost retainer to fees

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Dave practices at 413 SW 5^th Street in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
