Attorney Robert Baron of Cheektowaga, NY; cheating loser

The state of New York presented Robert Christopher Baron with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.

The Committee on Professional Standards found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly maintain trust account
• Failed to file federal and state personal income tax returns
• Failed to pay federal and state income taxes for five years
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain complete records of client funds in his possession
• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fee (cheater)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Bobby!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Standards Committee punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Bobby practices at 108 West Cherbourg Drive in Cheektowaga, New York.
