Former Judge Holly Johnson of Seattle; thieving loser

The state of Washington presented Holly Joy Johnson with a law license in 2002.

The Washington Commission on Judicial Conduct found Holly guilty of the following misconduct.

During the time of her misconduct, Holly sat as a part-time judge in King County (Seattle) District Court and the Federal Way Municipal Court.

• On at least 20 occasions, Holly underreported income she earned as a part-time judge and thereby collected unemployment benefits she was not lawfully entitled too
• Holly knowingly withheld material facts to obtain benefits and was at fault in causing the overpayment of unemployment benefits
• The intentional underreporting of her income is considered fraud under the Revised Code of Washington
• Nature of misconduct was fiscal dishonesty
• Failed to comply with the law  
• Conduct brought disrepute to the judiciary
• Misconduct undermined public confidence in the administration of justice

As a consequence of her intentional and fraudulent underreporting of her income, Holly received more in unemployment benefits then she was lawfully entitled to receive.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Holly by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

Because Judicial Misfits are held to a much lower standard of conduct then anyone else, Holly was never criminally charged with fraud.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Holly voluntarily submitted her resignation as a licensed attorney in Washington on September 19, 2017.
