Attorney Stanley Foshee of DC; moronic loser

The District of Columbia presented Stanley Kirkland Foshee with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Stan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Intentionally failed to seek a client’s objectives
• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Stan by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Stan practices at 3298 Fort Lincoln Drive NE in Washington, DC.
