Attorney Charles Cohen of Indianapolis; ethical dwarf

The state of Indiana presented Charles Ellis Cohen with a law license in 2001 and the state of Missouri did so in 1998.

The Indiana Disciplinary Counsel found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to take necessary steps to protect client interests after being fired
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Charlie practices at 9515 Cadbury Circle in Indianapolis, Indiana.
