Attorney Darryl Humphrey of Memphis; cheating loser

The state of Tennessee provided Darryl Wayne Humphrey with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Darryl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to keep client funds in required client trust account
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fees after being fired (cheater)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Darryl by gifting him with a second complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Darryl practices at4646 Polar Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.
